Popular Sundays and motzaei Shabbos slots fill 3–6 months out, especially around peak simcha seasons. Bris dates we can often handle within a week. Earlier is always better.

Yes — schedule a 20-minute tour by contacting us. Sundays and weekday evenings work best.

150 seated comfortably + dance floor + mechitza setup. We can accommodate slightly more for cocktail-style standing events — ask us.

In some cases yes (morning bris + evening event). We need at least 3 hours of turnaround. Contact us to coordinate.

Full details on the Packages page. Bar Mitzvah includes hall, four-course seated dinner, photography, music, video. Bas Mitzvah and Bris include hall, milchig buffet, and photography. Hall Rental is hall only.

Yes — florists, DJs / motivators, balloons, centerpieces, candles, additional dessert. All are welcome, subject to school approval.

For the Hall Rental package ($1,499) — yes, your caterer must be approved by our rav for kashrus. For the other packages, catering is included and handled by our partners.

Yes — chinuchim, sheva brachos, kiddushim, l'chaims, organizational dinners. Use the Hall Rental package, or contact us for a custom quote.

Most families add or swap items — fancier menu, premium bar, extended hours. We send a customization sheet after booking and quote add-ons separately.

10% of the package price, paid at booking. So $890 for Bar Mitzvah Premium, $590 for Bar Mitzvah Intimate, $390 for Bas Mitzvah, $440 for Bris, $150 for Hall Rental.

14 days before your event. You'll get an email reminder with a one-click payment link.

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (ACH). All processing is via Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

No surprise fees on the package itself. We don't pass credit card processing fees to you. Add-ons (extra hours, premium upgrades) are quoted upfront.

The 10% deposit is non-refundable. It secures your date on our calendar and is what allows us to turn down other bookings for the same slot. For true emergencies, we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we'll do our best.

Yes — one free reschedule per booking, subject to availability, as long as you let us know more than 14 days in advance. Your deposit transfers to the new date. After that, a small admin fee may apply.

Glatt kosher with mehadrin standards. Hashgacha provided by [NEEDS: rav]. Pas Yisroel and Cholov Yisroel available on request.

Your caterer must have a recognized hashgacha acceptable to our rav. We verify before approval. Mehadrin only.

Yes. The hall and parking are flat — no stairs from your car to the simcha. Restrooms are accessible.
